Every weekday around noon,* homebound seniors and disabled individuals throughout Jefferson County look forward to a friendly visit from a Meals on Wheels volunteer. Each meal is carefully planned to be flavorful, filling and nutritionally balanced. From mesquite chicken and baked ham to sliced turkey and taco salad (a popular favorite), Meals on Wheels clients know that something good is always on the way.
